I had a short tenure in TCS, was there to be judged much. But is an employee centric company but the the top down view does not have much visibility on the grass root level employees.

Dislikes

Salary is too less.. lesser than the market standards

Likes

Work life balance, job security.

Dislikes

Work culture (not all, but because of some senior managers who don't support our ambition), low salary that doesn't increase according to inflations, no bonuses, promotions that grows only in few percent which doesn't make a big difference.

Likes

I like the comfort, strictness about continuous learning, health benefits and work culture.

Dislikes

Only the promotion, increment and the salary are not satisfying.
