Work culture, Company policies, compensation, less rigidity, unlike other organizations managers are very tallented here and have full knowledge about the process and they feel happy to help, no micromanagement.

Nothing so far. But PAD policy is bit annoying.

We have to work according to US time zone, no bonus for our role, strict working hours with limited breaks (with timings). In transaction specialist growth is not good how ever you can apply for Internal Job Posting after completing 1yr.

...provided most of the equipment i need to work comfortably and supported all the employees with the extra covid bonus which was good and there was no salary cuts.

Dislikes

Company policy towards FADP and B-school hiered is something which needs to be changed the employees who are hired from other companies should be given more opportunities to grow and salary structure is also different for people who are hired from other companies

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair.

Dislikes

The salary hike and compensation is not that great
