Well from my line of business the pay isnt that great but it isnt mediocre either. I would say you will be pleased. And that is the only con as of now

Good Work Culture Work Life Balance is Good Joining Package is good You have the freedom to express your views and provide your input Works on latest tech. Very active on picking up latest tech to the project.

-Hike are average -Employees who are not working good or are too bad both in personality as well as professionality are given way too much leniency which makes it very tough for other employees who are trying to do good for the project. -Office politics are fairly visible from the onshore US teams.

Very long working hours No work life balance Favouritism worst culture Micro management and office politics Micro aggression ,ED and vps abusing people on call No job security , if you raise any concern the managers would target you and sideline you. Even company doesnot bother to fix the issues rather want employee to suffer

Salary work-life balance all are a given in this company. If you work here with a great manager you don't need to switch at least for nest 5 year. no day will be mundane.

Dislikes

IJP is now a tool just to retain employees who are leaving, i would want less on the current manager's involvement in movement, as they try to hinder it by influence to ensure only they have a good employee. IJP is intended for learning new skills but unfortunately that is failing.

It's one of the big brand in industries , so working here was one of my dream . But work culture is not good , there is lot of politics and favour based from which part of India you belong. For me in CIB for Margin module here was a VP from Gujrat and a ED from Orissa , so they will favour their people , it's visible from their action and favour. Also these guys are sitting there from last 15-20 year , so they just try to show that how much they are working for the company but in actual they are not putting any value to company. If you will come with any constructive feedback , they will penalize you , so that you can't raise your voice. They have multiple Production issue but they will not fix permanently , they will let it be P1 so that they can get the visibility.

Dislikes

...ssume you will work in weekend. Very difficult to adopt new tool and technology. If any one sits long hr , they will get bonus even though that person is not doing any value addition.
