There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

I like Everything there are no worries, You will get a nice bonus and hikes. recognization and perks every year. There are many opportunities to move internally. About work-life balance, it's depending on how you managed. If you get a chance to work here without hesitating you can join.

Everything about JP Morgan Chase is just best in the business. If anyone get a chance to work there, must go for it without a doubt. One of the best learning and professional experience working there for sure.

Nothing to dislike about JP Morgan Chase. I will just expect the compensation to be bit better, should be best in the market from their competitors.

... repetitive work . One can manage and make a balance in personal and work stuff. Salary is good if you negotiate good at the time of joining. Later it becomes stagnant ( bonus is good )

Dislikes

Work , skill development , self growth is quite difficult as mostly old technologies are running since years . Senior monopoly. Very less scope for new comer to learn , implement new things , gives ideas and growth . Few people sitting since inception at senior level , they do not move resulting impacting your growth .

Its a good mix of work culture and ethnicity. I do like the new age set of workplace and people to work with. Happy to be here

Well from my line of business the pay isnt that great but it isnt mediocre either. I would say you will be pleased. And that is the only con as of now
