Courses and certification are available in plenty. If one can manage time well, they can add much more to their resume in terms of skills and certification.

Dislikes

Compensation is very low for people staying within the organization for long time. For new entrants please negotiate on a higher range otherwise there will be huge disparity ~20-30% in compensation within the same team and same level of employees. Those who are most visible (to senior management) are the most paid.

Work culture which used to be good...not anymore.

Dislikes

The pay is horrible. The mgt tries to convince people to stay by building a narrative around job safety and culture. Reality is that neither of these are good enough. I realized it after spending 3+ years.
