No work life balance Like insurance company always discussion about target and mental harassment Increment cycle not in their policy because they don’t even know when to do after 24month one increment with 6% hike after giving 100% of your target. Not good culture to work on senior lever level Too much politics.

At joyville, the whole team is supportive and works like a family, the work is appreciated by all level and it helps and supports your decision making and guide where applicable

There is nothing to dislike about joyville, I have been part of joyville's second project pan India and 1st in mumbai and I have been part of the company since inception and from day one my work is always been appreciated by my seniors...

Culture of the company and easy approach towards management any employee can reach out with is grievance/suggestion to the management team. Important that it is evaluated and implement if found beneficial to employees.

While team mates may good, but ultimate bosses those are sitting in Mumbai are terrible & projects are totally managed by them, project head became dolls.

During covid-19, all the site engineers must came to site at any cost while Mumbai office is closed and they were doing WFH. Many peoples became positive, but no schedule changed. Always try to manipulate Govt. authorities.
