...and management. There we have events at some other places with company policies. Good support from company about salary, hike, pramotion and yearly bonus for festival. We have total accomodation for living,food and cafeteria. We have yearly cricket matches like JPL ( joyalukkas premier league).

I'm not impressed the support of this company because they deducted 50% salary of all employees and not paying who are not working due to going home for normal leave and who locked in Lockdown. it was very poor action from a international Jewellery giant

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 14-15 standing hours & sometimes have to stay late nights. Job environment is very bad & staff value also very bad either he's performance very high or low. Managers do not respect every individual employees. One thing is very good, that is salary & nothing else. If a freshers staff isn't performing they will threw them out of the store. As my suggestion please think twice before join joyalukkas.
