I joined Joy Technology 4 months ago, starting with a 2-month internship. It has been a great learning experience, with lots of opportunities to grow. The team is friendly, supportive, and encourages innovative thinking. It’s a fantastic place to develop both professionally and personally!

From Day one, the team made me feel comfortable like a part of the family. The open-door policy here encourages sense of belonging. There are many likes about being part of the Joy Tech Family. - Flexible working Timings - No hierarchy policy - Recognition for the work done on daily basis (My most liked one about Joy Tech) - Acceptance of our ideas regardless of the position and experience we own - Access to Learning and resources - Work-Life balance - Gives leadership opportunities if we have right potential regardless of the experience we own

I honestly don't have any dislikes about Joy Tech. They are maintaining great work culture.

Work-life balance is the worst. HR management - terrible ( if there is a rating column for this I would rate minus infinity) if they see you bending your morals for them they will hire if not they will fire you, as simple as that. Puts act in the name of culture. Definitely not a people-centric company. No employee benefits - no cab, no WFH even when you are sick (you can take-offs that are not paid, basically in either way you have gotta suffer) No proper management - they can't hire an experienced manager hence they make the people with 1 year of experience an interim manager and make the senior people suffer with no proper appraisal or incentive and give idiotic reasons. An inexperienced manager is a big deal here, if they can't even hire a manager here how do they expect a well-managed and cultured company, which they claim to be? Monotomous work Change or process and teams happen very often which gives a hard time at work. (But work remains the same) Also, most reviews on Google are put by their interns and employees so don't get fooled by it. Most of the employees leave after they get one experience, as they have a bond for freshers (if they don't have any bond, the majority of the employees would leave before completing one year) People who really are concerned about their career path and mental health would not stay in this company for more than a year. They talk about transparency, culture, people-centric culture, employee benefits, good promotion and appraisal, and every other good policy of a good company, but they just talk and don't follow any.

Working at Joy Technologies has been such an amazing experience! I just love the vibe here - everyone is so passionate and supportive. knowing that our work has a positive impact on others feels incredibly rewarding.
