Highly disappointed with marketing head's knowledge and skills ( Basically big zero). There is no strategy, no direction, fully influenced by outside people. She makes decision on air (only hawabazi). Cant expect more from an uneducated lady. People hardly know the brand due to her poor marketing practice. Her zero performance and knowledge has severely impacted the brand growth. Joy is doing well only for its quality product range, not for marketing strategies. She has only one good strategy which is how to promote herself through multiple paid press releases. CMO - Biggest hypocrite churl lady!

In sales department no proper management of work . No tranceperacy. It's being 8 months still I have not get my full and final. In sales department seniors of state level are irresponsible. It was worst experience of my professional life.
