1. Low chances of horizontal growth 2. Higher chances of layoffs when other companies are doing layoffs. 3. No brand value. 4. No external monitors to use in the office. 5. Ineffective meetings too often 6. Integration between Jira and Jenkins makes you deliver untested code. 7. Taking help from others reflects badly on you.

There is a lot of politics there. The work they will provide like a support engineer(using in bulit tool only)which will not help you in future. After working 2 or more year you wont be able to design any system.

Work may be innovative depending on team, good peer group

Poor management with nepotism, not much perks, very few leaves, managers behave as if the company is paying the employers out of managers pockets

Pathetic Company to work. No vision towards the future.

Terrible Experience. Managers and Directors need to be trained in how to strategize work. Average working hours in a day will be around 15-16Hrs.
