Role Overview:

What You'll Do:

Leverage AI-Driven Insights:

- Utilize Joveo's data-rich environment to analyze campaign performance, identify key trends, and optimize for maximum ROI.

- Dive deep into engagement metrics, conversion rates, and audience behavior to unlock actionable insights.

Master the Ad Tech Ecosystem:

- Navigate the complexities of social advertising platforms with expertise, leveraging advanced targeting, A/B testing, and creative optimization techniques to achieve exceptional results.

Lead and Inspire:

- Mentor and guide a team of social media specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.

- Collaborate with content, creative, and performance marketing teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

- Ad Tech Expertise: 4-6 years of experience in social media marketing, ideally within the Ad Tech or recruitment marketing space.

- Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of social media advertising platforms (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform-specific insights).

- Analytical Prowess: Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

- Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with business objectives.

- Leadership Skills: Experience managing and mentoring a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

- Communication Excellence: Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
