At first salary then there is no appraisal if at all happening it will be only 3-5%. the weekend saturday & sundays will be considered only if you have worked for the entire week or else leaves will be deducted without any proper notice

...ons Goods : 1. They are not disturbing employees once Tagged to Client. Bads: 1.Salary credited every month 7th 2.poor response from HRs side 3.There is no identification like No official company mail id and ID card 4.when ever you tagged to project they will consider only those days for salary calculations

Poor Response fromHr while calling Very less interaction with Management (concern departments) and there is no identification to employees like this employee from Specific to this company(no official mail id & Id card)

Salary never on time, they will hold 1 week salary and 1 week they will delay giving silly reasons like bank issue, money got reverted back. Etc Not much clients they have, They do show off but , no they don't have anything if one project ends No bench policy, they won't pay if not billable HR can fire you any day without notice Management is pathetic Once u have joined, u will not get salary untill u got started wil client, they will tell you stories about SOW and BGV and it will be delayed.

...t term project Worst management No response Rigid and unprofessional behaviour Salary date No salary in bench Third party payroll No hold with client Fake people fake promise fake organisation Even you will be put on bench for longest period without pay and they won't release you No FNF settlement Worst worst worst organisation Don't dare to join this Don't destroy your career Be jobless Dnt think of going in here Can't even express the frustration in my words
