No job security. No clarity on the policies. You have to chase everyone for everything. The HR's are unresponsive.

Salary never on time, they will hold 1 week salary and 1 week they will delay giving silly reasons like bank issue, money got reverted back. Etc Not much clients they have, They do show off but , no they don't have anything if one project ends No bench policy, they won't pay if not billable HR can fire you any day without notice Management is pathetic Once u have joined, u will not get salary untill u got started wil client, they will tell you stories about SOW and BGV and it will be delayed.

If on Contract, noone cares except for the timesheet/payroll member. If timesheet is delayed, you will get salary next month. Wrong Date of Joining, no one cares(salary paid less). Contract ends, No one cares to talk and assign to new project. If worked on weekend, client pays extra, but Joules to Watts pockets that extra amount, Doesn't pay you that amount.

Salary is half will be paid to employee and JoulestoWatts Will take 50 to 70% of your pay. No increment even thought the parent company paid to JoulestoWatts. Worst experience in working as a contractor as here.

Pay and No growth. you will be a contractor for ever and highlight is with the same pay.

Nothing, doesn't even deserve 1 star. Hire and fire system No respect for juniors Higher management doesn't care how the team leads and account managers are treating their team members Unfair and partiality always Juri and Vandana are the worst They are jealous of your progress They are not qualified for the position given to them, doesn't even knows how to speak English. Do not have an communication skills not any professionalism. They will make you start working from 8 am till 7 pm or 8 pm. Save yourself from J2W.

Do not work there, they will not give salary on time. And there recruiters are taught to lie to the candidates on c2h basis that they will be on permanent after 6 months but this do not happen. They make fool of the candidates. Do not ever work on J2w payroll Worst company, doesn't care about juniors. They will fire you if you are smart and ask questions They just want you to work and make them happy No work life balance Will ask to work on Holi and Diwali as well. Worst experience.
