I don't like anything about jotter..worst company ever seen.always discourages the people's ideas and have policy of hire and fire

Dislikes

...y first offer good package without knowing other skills and suffer after that. They will not pay salary even time they take upto 2 months extra time..if you resigned then you have wait atleast 8 months to get your salary

The work they were doing was challenging. Working on recent technologies..

...y of them are sent to the CEO. 5: Hiring and Firing : this is common in jotter. Reducing the pay scale, fire a person from job posting , getting interns in Liu of hired person since it costs them less is common. Better beware of these facts. 6: Holidays : Don't forget CEO can anytime cut the holidays. During my stay after August eid holiday we only got Diwali holiday. In between all were cut down and no compensation was given. I started working there after seeing the reviews. Employees were forced to give good reviews. I think it's too risky to work there.

Work experience is good but the management lacks in stability and their will be no particular day for the salary credit

With a reason covid-19 crisis they had layed off me from the frim, without any notice Period, and they not even payed my working salary after 8 months of my layoff, and they not even payed notice Period salary, they don't give a thought about the employee life and career, and the salary will be delayed by 2 months. Very hard to servive who depends only on the company salary. No hikes, OT , we have to work over nights no appreciation, no incentives. Fake words by our CEO .
