Likes

Job security for those working on permanent basis. Provides enabling environment for staff to excell in theirbeotk. Innovative methods are used in tackling problems in various disciplines

Dislikes

Promotion criteria needs to be relooked into for there are a number of staff members who have served in the same job group for even over 10 years.

I dislike thy way they handle student when asking for their rights.compesation at times can be very hectic despite the fact that they owe you .
