I love the way we work as team! We have all respect to each and everyone. We unite as one! We have a great environment because of what my workmate to do for you and to others. I’ve learn a lot aside from my work also to my co-workers the challenges we make it through, I can balance my work though I have a baby. We have also a family and fun as one ! Because for us we are the number one . Above all the managers are really a good leader as what I have now, I’ve learned a lot from them.

For me the salary is not enough .

Jollibee is one of the most known fast food chain in the Philippines. The crews and staffs are very kind and very oriented in customer service. Very friendly environment.

The overtime I did but it's without pay.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Managers do not value an individuals unique strength, which s why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

Since Im working at jollibee a lot things i learn .source of financial during my college until i graduated ,discipline,ttime management, teamwork.

Time pressure but it helps me take it into positive because learning is always there
