Arrogant managers. No promotions No uniform policies, all depend upon your manager. No HR role. No career growth. Employee having age of 50+ waiting for their retirement so no opportunity for young employee.

... HR but finally you have to come for 6 days Policy varied for person to person Variable will be part of your salary but if you will leave before appraisal, you will not get a single rs. HR will not address or able to resolve your issues There is no clarity on global grating GG, you will be offered for GG8 or GG9 but people also work on GG10 with an lesser experience

Salary on time. Few Group policies are decent.

This is a job which depend upon Line managers.individual growth is very slow. Few managers are very arrogant. No HR interfere. Group policies on employees feedback are not good. Nut shell it depend upon your manager. Group management does not bothered about india policies .

People and culture. You get to interact with lot of Senior folks and all are quite welcoming.

Slow moving, Compensation and benefits not at par with what you expect of organizations of such good reputation
