Salary & compensation is good

There is a lot of politics in between departments will not even give orientation to new joinees Company encourage unethical practices to get business when employee commit deviation they will recover salary from employees even thought its not an financial loss to the company which i never ever heard in company favourisim is more
Appraisals are fairly and they give good salary hike.
Dislikes
Working process is very poor, lot of paper work and uses of paper not good for our environment,no cafeteria available ,rules are not same to each employee, Working culture not healthy for employees, management doesn't address our issues, proper training not given to each employee.
only good thing about johnson lifts is that .. it give chance to fresher to develop their skills.
Dislikes
there is a lot of politics & management doesn't address iur issues ..
salary isn't enough according to work and career growth is too slow.
a fresher will get no benefit of casual leave & personal leave .. and not even any PF benefit for their training period , no festival bonus , and not even salary increase for 2 years.
