Nothing that I can think of. I would suggest to relook at the Salary structure for India Employees, where variable pay ranges from 10% to 30%. There may be an opportunity to reduce this %.

... to work. Pay is lower than Competitors in the area but other benefits are good. Need to have Salary rationalization in line with work experience and market statndards.

No think to dislike and every company is have some pros & cons. But because of some old employes some time working environment is toxic.

Salary and Benefits are not up to industry standards. Even if your appraisal is 4 or 5 stars there is no guarantee that we will get a 100% variable bonus or more.

Dislikes

Toxic culture, no work ethics, poor benefits, low salary, unprofessional leadership, weak products & no customers focus, conservative culture, no respect for weekend & PTO, the company doesn’t care about developing employee and diversity, women are disrespected in leadership roles and rarely exist in high level positions, no flexibility and strict on work from office culture.

•Late Working Hours due to over burdening of Work. •Saturday Working despite being a Holiday. Since November 2024 I have hardly spent any Saturday Calming. •Higher Management bends and Breaks Rules and Regulations according to their own Will. Issues Heavy Work at the end of the Day. •Unclear Instructions provided to Work on tasks. •I witnessed a Employee working in JCI for Past 13 years getting fired on the spot (Literally on the spot)
