Dislikes

Ancient time ERPs which are not even implemented properly. Lots of loop holes in ERPs and sub-processes. Management doesn’t support any situation. Forget about taking leaves. Nothing is systematic here.

-Focus on only revenue not technology or development. - 80% of people working for moving boxes or tracking it = Getting revenue - Not much to learn, stagnation beyond point - Low value addition of employees. Most of them just play Mail mail. - Inefficiency in working style/ difficult to change. - People unable to change or adopt better practices - Low motivation. - Management has to push to get some results.
