•Late Working Hours due to over burdening of Work. •Saturday Working despite being a Holiday. Since November 2024 I have hardly spent any Saturday Calming. •Higher Management bends and Breaks Rules and Regulations according to their own Will. We need to struggle to take our leaves, they want to know complete reason with proof. Thats really disgusting. 4. Its not at all good company for Women. Dislikes

Sales support network is the worst business group in Jci. Poor management poor culture poor salary growth.No site opportunities for graphics people. Only 6-8% yearly hike. No surprise gifts or bonus. Huge work pressure no time for family. Managers are so unprofessional they only know about monthly target & billing. Your performance even not get noticed. Management try cheap things to recover amounts from employees. Worst company
