There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues,salary is decent but career growth is very slow. Selected person has only taken growth. Management never understand ground level people problem because head of department good relationship with management. 1. They will start demotivating others by comapring with others. 2. Work will be assigned based on the salary given to the individual. 3. We need to struggle to take our leaves, they want to know complete reason with proof. Thats really disgusting. 4. Its not at all good company for Women. They are not allowed to take leaves during their mensuration period. Women should think many times before joining this company
