Iam working in Johnson controls since 1.6years as a Fresher.I enjoyed the challenges of problems as well as the sense of accomplishment that comes with finding a asolution and I enjoy my workplaces collaborative environment and i got the opportunity to learn different technology and skills from talented and passionate team lead and team members.

Dislikes

salary and hike do not meet the market in general.Otherwise work culture everything is Good.

Its a awesome company which is having idea what future is asking for, Strong leadership and vision is leading company with new milestones each year.

Salary structure for employees in India should be improved...Johnson Controls lags in matching the employees salary with Market standards. Also there should be some rewards for employees who are staying with company for 5 or more than 5 years, so that employee should feel to continue his/her service.

Really loved the work-life balance at Johnson controls. May be because of good team members including manager and onsite teams, had better work-life balance. If you are feeling headache, go for sick leave, back-pain then go for sick leave. No such internal politics, everyone is helping from team lead to product manager. The only thing is finish your work on time, and if you do it, then you can leave for home, offline or do anything. Flexible working hours.

Dislikes

...ny for more than 15 years. It may be due to market condition, they fired people. But yes, the good thing is they gave 6 months of salary including leave encashments. No promotion at all.

There is nothing best about JCI , during my tenure I already found the pathetic work culture, full of politics and no work life balance

Lots of things may be be it's ops , work life balance, internal growth, compensation benefits, annual bonus. Hardwork never been appreciated, if you have a good bond with your team then only you would be a star

There is team called ccure backend team held in Blore, they are developing arrow. perhaps the cruel team i ever worked. they hire people and fire for fun. they protect their tyco employes even though they lack knowledge and the information will not be shared with the new joiners and the new joiners are tortured in a way they will leave or fire them by humiliating them in the meetings. HR is a useless guy and dont join this company.
