Every thing else other than salary the senior management sucks the people who were the base of this setup have moved out due to politics

Plethora of Opportunities for you work on, learn & increase your knowledge and capability. You get lot of Trust and Autonomy from your higher management to take decisions on projects, initiatives etc.

Nothing that I can think of. I would suggest to relook at the Salary structure for India Employees, where variable pay ranges from 10% to 30%. There may be an opportunity to reduce this %.

... to work. Pay is lower than Competitors in the area but other benefits are good. Need to have Salary rationalization in line with work experience and market statndards.

No think to dislike and every company is have some pros & cons. But because of some old employes some time working environment is toxic.

Poor salary Working hours Gap between top management & mid management which will impact your carrier goals. Mid management - promoted based on work experience thus do not manage scientifically though they decide based on what they like thus biased.
