...ut mainly management, poor HR department, lack of integrity and poor appraisals. Not so good worklofe balance you will work twice with only half the salary, now work is not an issue as long as your are fairly compensated. No personal or career development.

There is nothing best about JCI , during my tenure I already found the pathetic work culture, full of politics and no work life balance

Lots of things may be be it's ops , work life balance, internal growth, compensation benefits, annual bonus. Hardwork never been appreciated, if you have a good bond with your team then only you would be a star

For Finance domain:Team-mates are very supportive,Shift timing is good, compensation is good too.

Management needs to be Matured and policies of the company should be employee centric too. Worst leave policy.

There nothing like HR in the company everyday policies get changed without any information and management is always looking for cost cutting. Long shifts even in non close which will effect your work life balance
