And having Said that the worst part salary they will give a salary which is less than what we will get as cashback on spending credit card limit, Work life balance is pathetic you have to work for 12 hours and all they want is that u have to be present on all days in the outlet without taking any leave . Even if you take your sanctioned week off they will call you and force you to cancel the week of and leave for the counter ASAP..

They always tend to ignore the suggestion or feedback given by employees . Salary structure is pathetic and has no growth until the termination of the contract...Career growth is negligible as there hire the sales personnel via third party and not on company payroll..

Not much things to like about company except providing salary on time.

Dislikes

Company cuts Perks, gifts, benifits and other allowances in last 5years. Working culture is like pressure cooker while growth is at pace of tortoise.

No per diem for business travels, No salary when travelled in L1, Designations are irrelevant. Indian leadership is not matured enough!

Team mates is good every 6 month training travel with on city little bit of politics as usual. work is good work balance is good over is good but growth is not good.

Dislikes

First of all salary is so less and career growth & safety' also poor etc.
