Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Job security was good , if i talk about work culture it's very bad your management is not there with you, the upper management is not knowing what is happening at the ground level.

There is pure nepotism going on the people who have there known in the company is being promoted and the deserving ones are there on the ground level.

Nothing worst company to work with, full of politics, not at all a good place for SM else for a junior position who are celebrated in the company even if they lie and also they are so unorganized and just without any money and support. Not at all employee centric
