Hence, QT resource is most of the time overloaded with work. 3: Some internal politics related to work assignment

Work Life Balance Leave Policies Culture was good till 2020 December. Post that due to major company restructuring, all policies went for a toss. No Ethics now

Compensation for People with IT technical skills is not at all good. Onsite opportunities will only come for some teams who does menial job. For people with Data Science and IT skills, they wont provide onsite. Faulty expectations on Innovation and fake Innovation targets just for name sake
