Talking as a C++/ QT resource 1: To create visibility, you need to do a lot more than just your regular work. Like Contributing in different initiatives, Participating in Hackathons like events 2: Only 1 or 2 QT resource in a team compared to 10 controller side resources. Hence, QT resource is most of the time overloaded with work. 3: Some internal politics related to work assignment

Compensation for People with IT technical skills is not at all good. Onsite opportunities will only come for some teams who does menial job. For people with Data Science and IT skills, they wont provide onsite. Faulty expectations on Innovation and fake Innovation targets just for name sake

Work life balance is good. Hybrid work culture.

Salary offered is less. Notice period is 3 months. Appraisal cycle is October to November. Salary increment will start from March only. Manager exploit senior engineer and will use your work to promote themselves. Lots of toxic politics in office.
