company is very good but HR management and supervisor his not taking employee and bad culture .There is a huge cafeteria and good quality provide food

the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but carrer growth is slow .there is a bond 2 years before which you cannot resign.

I would like to thank you for give this opportunity. It is really true that john Deere is a biggest and MNC's ltd. company all over the world in automobile sector. All teammates were very good. Everyone persons were very helpful to each other. My training is become very good. Excellent work place. For security purposes of any employee (also female employee) it is very good ltd. Company. Because there all employees even boys or girl understand brother and sister respectively each other. There career growth and sallery (amount of sallery) have some issues. But it is first company for me that give sallery advance 15 days for our employees. Travelling facility is very good. Work place is also very good. This place is more innovative place and more learning place. Over all experience is become very good.

Only dislike that pay scale is very poor. And PF don't give for more employees. It is very bad think of administration department.,😅

...xtremely slow; You could be at a grade for 10+ years even after performing well. The norms for salary revisions during employee ratings keep changing every year. It is very easy to be lost in their hierarchy.

Work life balance is good. Hybrid work culture.

Salary offered is less. Notice period is 3 months. Appraisal cycle is October to November. Salary increment will start from March only. Manager exploit senior engineer and will use your work to promote themselves. Lots of toxic politics in office.
