Jhonedeere such a good company. I am on third party pay roll but company is good. Company culture and policies are very good. They take care their employees specifically safty of each person .

...yee's holistic well being. You'll be able to maintain a great work life balance. The salary's are pretty competitive as per market standards.

Dislikes

...xtremely slow; You could be at a grade for 10+ years even after performing well. The norms for salary revisions during employee ratings keep changing every year. It is very easy to be lost in their hierarchy.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
