Huge work in low salary, Seniors are behalf like manager. Overall No Future, You'll need 10 Years to get 50 k salary at this company. There's is no future for outsiders also.

I like the job but there is no interment in salary and there is no facilities like room is not provide and the place of company is long distance from the station like 45 from Pune station and the company not provide and bus system for new student who arive from another state and the transportation is very poor and arround the company area there is enough buses don't arive there if go with auto and another transport process the charged high amount for the transportation and there no response from higher department

Skill Development not at Par but that is due to individual Managers. Growth too is not good that also due to individual Managers.

Good work environment and culture. Supportive management transparent. Company policies are good, they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a lot of politics about promotion of trainee to permanent candidate
