Good pay and good work life balance.

Dislikes

Growth is stagnant. No career growth or path especially for Scrum master and agile coach roles. Even for other roles it's only through IJP which again is very unfair process.

...ross domains. They have collaboration with good universities like Symbiosis etc. Salary growth is optimal but total rewards structure is awesome!!!

Not impacted by that but I dislike about their (more than required) focus on employee engagement survey for great place to work. It's already a great place to work so no need to spent time in survey each year.

...yee's holistic well being. You'll be able to maintain a great work life balance. The salary's are pretty competitive as per market standards.

...xtremely slow; You could be at a grade for 10+ years even after performing well. The norms for salary revisions during employee ratings keep changing every year. It is very easy to be lost in their hierarchy.
