Senior leaders are very down to earth and supportive. JDF offers good work-life balance and for the most part, there is no micro management. There are decent learning opportunities, especially in cloud.

Dislikes

Doesn't pay that well. Hikes are moderate. Work is pretty average level, not very challenging.

Company need to take employees with own payroll, third party employees are not threats well by on roll person. So, employees are not able stable and changing job frequently or working without satisfied.

Off roll and payroll system With Salary not satisfied - very less as per living cost. Not getting any opportunities as per qualifications and sills Some, manager are lies to employees, to promote company payroll, to get work done, after that the forgot them.

...rld wide workplace, It has given a chance to work with world different leaders. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Good culture and opportunities to grow. Timely appraisal and bonus in atleast 100%.

Management need to listen to employees more. There are many feedback loops but they are not utilised when making decisions.

.... Company policies are not like other indian company. There are many compliance. Appraisals are fair for offrole employees but salary hike is good. No bonus for offrole.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to mew joinees. No job security.
