Nothing to like here. Worst management.

Dislikes

Worst management. Lot of politics especially in RDT. No ethics. Even salary is very low. No career growth. You need to work for 10 years to get Promotion. Doesn't feel like MNC. Worst company. Don't join and spoil your career. Better to join some small company other than this. Especially RDT Bangalore is having a worst manager. He don't know how to behave ethically how to give respect to employees, Cultureless people. Full of politics that's the reason so many employees have resigned in the RDT due to his baised nature.

- Good for freshers - Safety is the first priority

- You can't expect good salary. - No growth - Management is poor - No retension no respect after put up resignation. - You speak up you are targetted.

People are the great asserts and working with global teams is really great.

...fer thier close colleagues rather than talents when it comes to any opportunity. Huge difference between the CTC and actual take-home salary. Pay is very less compared to other MNC in Bangalore. It's like a government company with lot of politics among managers.

Enormous scope of learning. Experience building in multidiscipline working. Company policies for leave and accounts related.

Dislikes

Micromanagement. Poor work life balance. Poor time management for given task. Inadequate compensation against work contribution. Undefined working procedure. Heavy responsibilities than the work profile.

Parochial management, poor decision making, salary and benefits lower than industry, poor work life balance - expected to work when indisposed, on vacations, micromanagement - theory X, promises not kept.
