Worst management. Lot of politics especially in RDT. No ethics. Even salary is very low. No career growth. You need to work for 10 years to get Promotion. Doesn't feel like MNC. Worst company. Don't join and spoil your career. Better to join some small company other than this. Especially RDT Bangalore is having a worst manager. He don't know how to behave ethically how to give respect to employees, Cultureless people. Full of politics that's the reason so many employees have resigned in the RDT due to his baised nature.

- Good for freshers - Safety is the first priority

- You can't expect good salary. - No growth - Management is poor - No retension no respect after put up resignation. - You speak up you are targetted.

Great product, great brand, acknowledged technology leader

Dislikes

Parochial management, poor decision making, salary and benefits lower than industry, poor work life balance - expected to work when indisposed, on vacations, micromanagement - theory X, promises not kept.

Likes

Team members are supportive and cordial. There is a well created cafetaria both seperate for shop floor and for management people. Company focus is on safety and well being of employees.

There is lot of politics within the team and never address our concerns. Salary is not fair even career growth is very slow. Non supportive team leads and manager. Work environment is not great..
