i had filed complaint against Manoj warale and Vishnu bagve (design engineers) for misbehaviour, threatening and assault in december and may no action was taken against them. instead they used a 24 year old fresher female employee to make indecent expressions at me and file misreport against me they used this . despite of me meeting and continously informing the manager sreenivasulu no action was taken. since i contract was on project they transfered me to another project. i had applied for on payroll and was referred by several employees. yet i lost it. due to reporting. i had decided to take legal action against them but it involved a female fresher. since she was just at the start of her career i decided to let it go. also i enough proof against them as well in my defense.

It was a great experience, However HR Dept needs to strengthen to focus on dirty politics within the branch level otherwise working with JC is a great experience and very professional company.

Dislikes

HR Dept required to focus on the branch level time to time and ensure there is no politics within the team members just favour individual benifits and downgrading seniors without having a proper justification. Which will not suit for professional company like JC.
