Dislikes

If you join cnc operator till u retired only operating machines. Salary less and less increment. Partially, some workers like rude. If an operator absent you handle another machine if needed.They are giving training also.

Culture was good before 2022 good work life balance retention and recruitment of people work load was balance with each department.

Worst HR policies no recruitment no retaining policy fake commitment.work was so imbalanced with departments

Reporting boss and people in organization are quiet cooperative and friendly

I worked in erection & commissioning department, leave & travel policies are not much favourable to E& C people staying at sites

Lot of poltics Management is not update abt the reality of employees OC member play the dies as per there wish Good to boss is promoted True work is not appreciate, only yes boss kind of employees can climb

Cmi have a great workplace and the employees is good but sallery are very poor there is no boundation of time , safety is important to do the workplace

Sallery is very poor and work growth are also slow and there is no value of your work
