... cons of JODO pros -Good work-life balance (but expect this in peak season ;) -Good pay, in general, I would say pay is not extremely good just a little above or comparable to the market standards -Good opportunity to grow, this company will give you a good opportunity to grow but you have to work for it now as there are way too many people in the organization as compared to last year which a good thing -In general people are good here

...d a lot in the last few months even is the peak season I am not expecting much now the travel policy - I HAVE NOT SEEN A WORST TRAVEL POLICY THEN THIS to give reference company has caped the daily travel reimbursement at 150 Rupees!!! which doesn't make any sense as some people are traveling almost 50 60km a day sometimes more, and even after that accounting to the policy we can't claim anything if we travel less than 40 km, at this point people are forced to pay out of there own pocket to do companies work To be honest I feel like this company is a great place to work maybe I just chose the wrong department to work in

Less hours of work but at high pressure

Everything. From Staff to daily task everything is worst. They just hire you giving hope for job after internship but then extend internship or offer lower salary as discussed since company is in loss. And it’s product is impossible to sell until any institute’s counsellor is highly active in achieving targets. They just hire maximum interns at salary of multiple permanent employees and fire you when admission season ends. Total people in company=280(including all the departments) interns=40+

Over-all a good company with lots of learning and where you can see yourself doing good. Working at multiple roles, best corporate culture, helpful peers, excellent product and ever growing - non stoping founders.
