They will give package hike in the join but not giving the increments is 1% to 5% my best suggestion is don't tempting for package definitely u will regret for joining in this organisation

1. Zero work life balance you should work for daily Genral shift to B Shift 2. We don't need to use our knowledge and skills hear if you use you will be here unparliamentary language from ur head 3. Worst Corporate HR department they hide many things before joining 4. Worst food if you eat regular definitely u will get healthy problems 5. The company so far from city the transport facility is not good 6. What are knowledge skills u have before you joining that will degrad as long u work 7. If work here definitely u will get mental tensions and health problems *Internal politics *Zero work life balance *Mental tensions *Zero work satisfaction Orally what I want say is avoid Jodas for better future.

Work-life balance not there, But there is a good and ample learning for new joiners. But cannot work for longer period. Company culture is good. There is no recognition for hard working and other smart workers.

Dislikes

There is no proper recognition Salary, appraisal, work environment, poor culture. Not good place to work. You cannot take even your leaves, Sick leaves, HR policies were not good.

*No recognition for hard work and skills. *Organisation doesn't follows fixed working hours as they mentioned..when ever audit or inspections starts, every employee should work more than 4 hours a day but on average inspections will goes on once in every week. *HR policies will get changed without involvement of any employees only based on Managing Director. *Forcible bonds and notice periods. *Increment will gives once in a 2 or 3 years. *Caste, region based politics. *Racism about caste, Religion and Gender *if you are a boy or orthodox girl forget about your career development in this company because Those girls who will favourable to higher authorities of this organisation, they can only get jobs, promotions and hikes. *Manufacturing and testing of unlicensed drugs *Complete manipulation at each and every point of work without following any type of regulatory compliance. *These are very few examples and days are not enough to explain about this companies fraud unethical treatment towards employees.

Racism is there for other states persons.. some persons are working in QCM for many years and doing politics if u are not from south india.. poor culture is there.. Every one will communicate in Telegu only. A big No if you cant speak south indian languages

Most dislike thing is manipulation of data. I really doubt how this organization is ongoing with all fake data. Playing with quality of pharmaceutical products are not at all acceptable. Management forces employees to create fake data.
