Franchisee driven, low package, No PF, brand incentive very low, Top guys cutting brand incentives making it conditional with slabs, too much sales pressure from brand, expecting great knowledge from the sales staffs who are mostly HS passed or dropouts, low salary for sales staff, brand wants staff to be like MBA professionals in that package. Extended shift timings.

THEY NOT GIVING SINGLE RUPEE TO DSO IN SALARY AND ALSO THE COMPANY TAKE TOO MUCH TIME TO GIVING INCENTIVE TO DSO IN THIS MATTER I AM NOT SATISFIED. AND THIS COMPANY SHOULD HAVE TO GIVE SALARY OF 8000 MINIMUM TO DSO.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...t and take respect ".its really a good thing. Un nessesarrly don't hurt any one. Jockey gives a good salary hike and bonus every year. At Dassara festival they held program in that pooja, dances, dramas, singing all activities were more interesting. All members are so happy and they enjoyed a lot.

I don't say anything dislikes about jockey. Because it's a nice place to work every women. I personally say this. Because I dnt struggle any where in company. It is more helpful to me in my critical conditions.
