Compensation is not decent, growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend customer and staff in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times., but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.Thier is no job security. It was seems that one person decision in company. I would suggest to everyone that before joining Please keep your job secure

Biased appraisals, huge gap between managers and employees, worst Employee transfer policy, employees are only labour for company, you cannot use/apply your creativity, no career growth,

Stable job with well structured organisation which provides a good work- life balance.

Dislikes

... travelling and for few profiles the job timing may vary to any hour of the day. Salary paid to traveling employees is not beneficial over non travelling employees.
