Dislikes

Work-life balance is not at all there. If by luck you are allocated in product team then its fine, otherwise its 12 hrs a day job (including weekends). Moreover the company has released internal frameworks, so there won't be much to learn in aspect of personal growth.

Nothing at all. Pathetic and cast biased culture..People do not want to take any responsibilities and just push blames on others. Management does not allow any feedback/ suggestions. Full of toxic seniority culture….most of the people working here have worked here for more than 5 years (Retirement life) There are no rules/ company policy applicable to the senior people (Can take as many leaves without applying for it) Promotions/ appraisals are based on which region you belong to (people from north/east/west rarely get any promotions) and how closely you are related to some senior person.

Full of toxic seniority culture…most of the people working here have worked here for more than 5 years (Living a retirement life here) There are no rules/ company policies applicable to the so called senior people (Can take as many leaves without applying for it) Promotions/ appraisals are based on which region you belong to (people from north/east/west rarely get any promotions) and it all depends on how closely you are related to some senior person. HR here does not know how to communicate or conducted professional talks. You will be very evidently called out for being a North Indian openly in the office (Work place harassment based on cast)
