Terrible environment no one will going to support you ...they want experienced candidates with less CTC

They didn't give offer letter or joining documents for a whole week after joining. Management is rude and job training does not exist. They terminated me with any warning and reasoned it to "uninformed leave" for which they themselves gave me the permission. Don't work for this company if you value your peace of mind
