Everthing is worst. Management is poor. Partial with employees in compensation and benefits. jns is good example for wrost management. there is wrost working environment and working condition. those who are working there. they all are spoiling their career.

A lot of workload will develop multiskilling capabilities in you but as long as you feel you have learned enough, you should move forward as your skills will not get you any compensation or rank push in this company.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues . Salary is decent bus caree growth is slow .Thee is a bond of 2years before which you connot resign .On the job training is not given to new joinees so thankyou

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and encouraging. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 6 month for confirmation but it is not like this.
