What I don't like is when we have to work late or weekend but that happens in each and every IT company nothing bad, and the good thing is you will get extra money for working on weekends, not like other IT company who don't pay a penny.

1)Bad leadership. 2)Treating employees as Cheap Commadity. No proper timing we need to work day and night. 3)We need to request many persons for anything and everything.
