First thing is you will get a very good salary here, and also hike, which nowhere you will find, because at last what we need is money, second so much support from everyone, a friendship culture no boss-employee culture, your efforts will be recognized and rewarded for sure, flexible timings, leaves and work from home, no hidden salary cuts like other company, you will receive the highest in-hand amount possible. this company provides team outing, team lunch every quarter, training and support also for certifications. I can write a whole lot of good things.100% Job security no doubt.

Dislikes

What I don't like is when we have to work late or weekend but that happens in each and every IT company nothing bad, and the good thing is you will get extra money for working on weekends, not like other IT company who don't pay a penny.

Likes

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

They are offering less salary , my teammates are very good and hardworking person also and there is no incentives​ providing from company as required for work

There is no encouragement​ for another way of works and no support from other at the required time

The projects they are having are really good.

Dislikes

1)Bad leadership. 2)Treating employees as Cheap Commadity. No proper timing we need to work day and night. 3)We need to request many persons for anything and everything. Even for assigning the work. 4)The Appraisal's and other benofts are low in number and takes too much to achieve as compared to Industry Standard.

Likes

Its openness to welcoming young people into the company and then turning them into pros in what they do. All this, with a culture of inclusiveness and zero toxicity.

Dislikes

Sometimes it is so intoverted. Otherwise, JNET would win all awards on work life balance, great work place, etc.
