First thing is you will get a very good salary here, and also hike, which nowhere you will find, because at last what we need is money, second so much support from everyone, a friendship culture no boss-employee culture, your efforts will be recognized and rewarded for sure, flexible timings, leaves and work from home, no hidden salary cuts like other company, you will receive the highest in-hand amount possible. this company provides team outing, team lunch every quarter, training and support also for certifications. What I don't like is when we have to work late or weekend but that happens in each and every IT company nothing bad, and the good thing is you will get extra money for working on weekends, not like other IT company who don't pay a penny.
