...nagement doesn't appreciate any bottom level employee for his good performance .Deduct much money from employee salary in name of CTC and good attendance. There is very old technology. Community politic is very strong even in management level .

Work culture and the management of the company is very good. People support there subordinate and helps in understanding the work as if you are fresher .

Dislikes

Canteen facility, transportation facilities and parking facilities for employees can be improved .
