Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

...hat's why rated as average.but people who is not very ambitious can work there .according to class of city I can say it is number one company in private sector offering good compensation..his owner is a good guy & kmp' s are good hearted people.

Conjusted...I can say..it should shift it's office to some other place & have to develop a spacious infrastructure.
